Not valid with any other discounts, promotions or privileges
Valid at all Q & M Dental Clinics and Centres except Japanese Division
Adult Dental Maintenance and Kids Dental Maintenance are performed by General Dentist
*Excludes charges for consultation, x-rays, sterilization and disposables fee, bone graft materials / membranes and administrative fees for processing Medisave claims. It is applicable at all clinics except Q & M Dental Centre @ City Square Mall, Centrepoint, JEM, Novena, River Valley and Bugis.
