• Singapore Resident Rates are applicable to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and those living in Singapore, including holders of valid Work Permits, Employment Passes or Dependent Passes
• Proof of residence is required upon purchase of the Singapore Resident Conservatory / Flora Fantasy admission tickets or upon admission to the Conservatory / Flora Fantasy
• Adult is defined as aged 13 to 59 years old; Senior Citizen is defined 60 years old and above; Child is defined as aged 3 to 12 years old. Admission is free for children below 3 years old
• ^# Discount for Singapore Resident rates to Floral Fantasy is only applicable on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays)
• ^# Floral Fantasy weekday admission tickets are for single entry and re-entry to Floral Fantasy is NOT allowed
• ^# Floral Fantasy admission tickets will ONLY valid on the selected date of visit (weekday) and the selected time slot
• ^# Any amendment on the date of visit or selected time slot or ticket quantity/cancellation of booking is NOT allowed once booking is confirmed
• ^# Guests who missed their selected time slots will have to purchase new Floral Fantasy admission tickets, for the next available time slot, for admission to Floral Fantasy
• ^# As a precaution, the 4D ride experience may NOT be appropriate for guests who are pregnant/wheelchair-bound/with heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure/motion sickness/dizziness/back or neck injuries/after recent surgery and/or other physical limitations. Guests who are sensitive to scents may also NOT appropriate for this ride. Estimated waiting time for the 4D ride may up to 20 minutes

• No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn or defaced ticket
• Admission ticket is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and is only valid on the day of entry
