Do you have a consumer dispute with a business? You can approach the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE).

Our officers will assess your complaint and provide free advice on your options. Should you require assistance for CASE to negotiate the dispute on your behalf thereafter, you can get a waiver of the membership and administrative fees with your PAssion Card.
PASSION CARD PRIVILEGE:
- Waiver of membership and administrative fees should you request for CASE to negotiate the dispute on your behalf
You are required to present your PAssion Card to be eligible for the fees waiver
- The waiver of fees does not include mediation fees and other future legal expenses (if any)
